Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All in-stock orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, your order should be delivered within a week depending on your location. International orders may take longer to be delivered.

Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@alohajolie.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages 

Aloha Jolie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or your package is lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Shipping rates 

Shipping is free for orders over $50 in the United States; and shipping is a flat rate of $7 for orders under $50 in the United States.

 

International shipping

We offer international shipping. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
